About the Program
Every part of you has a story - even the ones you’ve learned to hide.
Shadow & Strength is an 8-week guided journey into those unseen spaces within, where suppressed emotions, forgotten memories, and hidden gifts reside.
Grounded in Jungian psychology and experiential learning, this program helps you understand and integrate your shadow self - the parts you’ve denied or disowned - so you can live with greater authenticity, acceptance, and strength.
Your shadow isn’t your weakness - it’s the doorway to your highest potential.

Inside the Journey
This program is designed as a guided experiential journey into the hidden and often unexplored parts of the self.
Each week, participants will receive reflective questions and inquiry prompts to explore between sessions. These reflections become the foundation for deeper self-understanding, group dialogue, emotional processing, and inner integration during the live sessions.
Through experiential exercises, guided reflections, group sharing, and awareness-based practices, the program aims to support greater authenticity, emotional clarity, self-awareness, and integration.
