... a Counseling Psychologist with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals, students, and communities on their journey of emotional well-being, self-awareness, and growth.

Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse roles - as an Assistant Special Educator, School Counselor, Consultant at a hospital, Research Assistant at the Armed Forces Medical College, and as a Resource Person and Trainer for psychology students. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I understand people, healing, and learning.

I draw from Client-Centered Therapy, Shadow Work, and Experiential Education, believing that healing and growth are most powerful when they are practical, creative, and connected to real life.

For years, this curiosity lived mostly in books - reading, studying, searching for answers. But over time, through journeys to places like Pondicherry, Banaras, and Dharamshala, and countless hours in the mountains, my curiosity became something deeply lived...
